Greetings, all. I thought it was high time I wrote something here, but rather than tell you all about myself in my own words, I'll let others do the talking for me. It's come to my attention that several people here at LiveJournal have tried entering [their own first] name plus 'is' into a Google search and made a list of the more interesting results. Here, then, without further ado are the results of a 'Banacek is' search. Enjoy...

Banacek is the world-famous, free-lance insurance investigator.

Banacek is the king of TV detectives.

Banacek is copyrighted by Universal Studios.

BANACEK is a Boston-based Polish/American freelance insurance investigator whom insurance companies turn to when their own investigations have failed.

Banacek is then called on the case.

Banacek is called in to solve the unsolveable.

Banacek is called in by the owner of the team to solve the mystery of the bizarre disappearance.

Banacek is hired to find him.

Banacek is hired to retrieve valuable stock certificates stolen from a major food company on the eve of a planned merger.

Banacek is hired to discover how a bullion loaded armored car managed a disappearing act.

Banacek is brought in to unravel the strange mystery and immediately finds several likely suspects.

Banacek is able to figure out how the crime was done.

Banacek is easily transported on roof racks and can be stored in your garage or boatshed.

I'm not so sure on that last one, but I can vouch for the others. And who knows? Perhaps that last one has a little bit of truth in it as well. Back in Poland we have an old saying, "The drunkard and the rooster both lack shoes."
